Getting Started
Initial Consultation
An initial free price comparison is performed on 15 of your most costly and commonly used products. The price comparison will demonstrate the degree of savings that Pipeline Medical will obtain for you.
Savings Analysis Form
In order to develop an accurate savings comparison, we request you provide specific information on the 15 items to be analyzed. Simply fill out the Savings Analysis Form and send it to us via email or fax.
How to Start Saving Money
Once you see the cost savings by using Pipeline Medical as your medical supply source, we are certain you will want to start right away. To get started we ask that you return the following items:
- Pipeline Application Forms, which include:
- Pipeline Medical Application
- Pipeline Medical Authorization Form
- Pipeline Medical Services Agreement
- Copy of current DEA Certificate, State License and TDDD (if in applicable State)
- A six month inventory history. Either provide the invoices over this time or a printed ordering list from your current distributor(s). This inventory list must include the product name, manufacturer, manufacturer's item number, unit of measure and your current pricing for each item
